FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE | 23/06/2011 |
Sequoia have launched a range of pre-certified Telit short range RF modules, offering a variety of licence exempt ISM band wireless technologies covering 433, 868 and 2.4GHz frequencies.
Available in LGA format and all configurable via Hayes AT commands, the RF modules are pin compatible with each other and provide TTL RS232 interface, digital and analogue I/Os and can be integrated quickly into a system, reducing development time and cost.
LE50 – 433 / 868MHz RF Modules
The LE50 modules are the latest generation of multi-band, multi-channel radio modules with an advanced Star Network protocol stack, allowing easy integration and use in point to point or broadcast communication. Operating on either 433MHz (LE50-433) or 868MHz (LE50-868) and with ultra low power stand by and cyclic modes, they offer budget link of 119dB.
ME50 – 868 Wireless M Bus Module
Telit ME50-868 modules are the latest generation Wireless M-Bus RF products
compliant with EN13757 parts 4 and 5 Wireless M-Bus standard. Optimised for data exchange with gas, water, heat or electricity meters and concentrators, ME50-868 modules operate on 868MHz, are ultra lower power for maximum battery life and have the best budget link on the market of 122dB.
NE50 – 868 Low Power Mesh Network Module
Low power mesh network stacks are designed for battery powered sensor networks. The NE50-868 RF modules allow these concepts to be realised in the licence free 868MHz band. With adjustable power from 5 – 25mW, NE50-868 modules can reach up to 1500m in line of sight conditions.
ZE51 & ZE61 2.4GHz ZigBee Modules
These compact, SMD and complete ZigBee ready modules support Full Function Device (FFD) and Reduced Function Device (RFD) operation with IEEE 802.15.4 compliant MAC and PHY layers. Ideal as a low cost ZigBee OEM module for small battery powered devices, the ZE61 is the extended powered version of the low cost ZE51-2.4 and is with or without integrated antenna.
