We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Company Secretary to join our client's team. This role involves completing and filing statutory forms for companies and their directors with Companies House and HMRC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit confirmation statements (CS01) to Companies House.
• Complete change of address requests and notify HMRC and Companies House.
• File dormant company accounts.
• Update PSC and SIC codes on relevant systems.
• Notify Companies House of company name changes.
• Complete share transfer documentation, obtain client sign-off, and submit to relevant bodies.
• Notify Companies House of changes in directors’ details.
• Strike off companies.
• Handle ad hoc forms for Companies House.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required.

Position Details:

• Type: Part-time
• Salary: £35,000 FTE
• Hours: Minimum of 16 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
