Bank Phlebotomy Healthcare Assistant - Rivers Hospital Outpatients Department - Bank Hours

The role

We’re looking for a passionate Phlebotomy Healthcare Assistant to join our Phlebotomy Bank Team at Rivers Hospital, Outpatients Department. In this role you will provide additional support to our Phlebotomy Team. Currently help is needed during the week and on Saturdays. Banks shifts will also be required to cover annual leave or sickness.

Our Phlebotomy team supports busy Outpatients, Ward and Theatre departments and colleagues will rely on your support. Together, you’ll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment. Where you’ll be based

Phlebotomy team is based in Outpatients Department but works closely with a number of teams across the Hospital.

Rivers Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading providers of NHS and private patient’s services in England. We are based on the Herts & Essex boarder and are passionate about quality of care throughout the hospital. The hospital is equipped with the latest medical facilities for diagnosis and treatment, and has very high quality clinical standards including effective infection prevention measures. By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The five fully equipped theatres with ultra clean air technology are particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacement. Two-day surgery suites are suitable for minor surgery and endoscopy procedures.
