Team Administrator

I am seeking a professional Team Administrator who exemplifies accuracy and precision in their work, ensuring all tasks are completed with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be discrete and trustworthy, capable of handling confidential information with the utmost integrity. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to adapt to different software tools are essential. You should be flexible, with a keen ability to distinguish main issues from peripheral ones, and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. This is a part time role, Monday to Friday from 9am – 3pm. 



Main Duties will include general administration as follows: 



•    You are responsible for drafting contracts using existing and approved templates, ensuring all agreements are accurately prepared and aligned with company standards.

•    In the event of internal changes, you will be tasked with adapting our organisation charts to reflect current structures and roles accurately.

•    You will handle the processing of various types of absences. This includes consulting with management when necessary to ensure all absences are recorded and managed appropriately.

•    You are in charge of updating staff information 

•    You will extract reports from the database to support reporting requirements and create your own data sheets to aid in data analysis and decision-making processes.

•    You will be expected to carry out tasks including data entry, phone calls to stakeholders, and dealing with emails.

Reed £26,000 - £27,000 per annum, inc benefits Basildon
