Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10am and 4pm.
Beeston - Hybrid - at least 1 day

Our client is a charity which aims to enrich the lives of individuals with dementia and support their carers within the community. By focusing on creativity and imagination, they offer engaging activities that include music, exercise, conversation, crafts, and outings. Job Purpose
Our client is looking for a dedicated Charity Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care and support for their guests in alignment with the mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and induction of all staff, session leads, and volunteers to ensure a skilled and passionate team.
- Maintain policies and systems to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Schedule sessions three months in advance for both guests and staff.
- Organise and oversee training for trustees, staff, and volunteers.
- Liaise with daycare guests and their carers in various communication formats.
- Manage outreach efforts to social prescribers, voluntary and statutory services.
- Oversee the website and general marketing strategies to promote their services.
Ideal Candidate
They are looking for someone who:
- Is an excellent communicator, able to adapt language to meet the needs of individuals with dementia.
- Has digital literacy skills, including experience with social media platforms and website management.
- Has at least one year of management experience in a service-related context.
- Is familiar with the voluntary sector, ideally through volunteering or previous work with charities.
- Is an efficient administrator, adept at prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Possesses strong financial competence, with experience in budget management.
- Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
