Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on employment-related matters
Represent clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings
Draft and review employment contracts and policies
Conduct workplace investigations and handle disputes
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor (open to level of PQE)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
