Administrator

We're recruiting a for a part time (9-3 Mon-Fri), flexible & well & widely skilled Administrator to support the Centre Manager across 2 shopping centres in Northwich& Winsford.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth & efficient operation of 2 shopping centres & provide day-to-day Administrative support. You'll be based in both locations as the role is split between both &so candidates that live near either area would be suitable but own transport is essential.

Administrator Role Purpose:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence enquiries, including email, mail & in person.
  • Liaising with Head Office, competing Purchase Orders & processing invoices at a multi-site level (training given).
  • Building excellent relations with tenants at both sites, delivering important messages from the Centre Manager in a positive & professional manner.
  • Being the main point of contact for contractors, ensuring authorised works are completed in a timely manner.
  • Creating exceptional working relationships with outside agencies (i.e facilities management & council depts).
  • Be responsible for ensuring H&S paperwork is compliant & report any issues to the Centre Manager.

Administrator Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills & people skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail & accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft outlook suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong problem solving skills & ability to work independently
  • A "can do" attitude that aligns with the positive culture of the organisation.
  • Access to personal transport is required as flexibility to travel between sites is essential.

An administration candidate with a proven background in positively & effectively providing administration support is essential & training in the unique tasks of the shopping centre & invoicing side of the role will be given.

Salary £28,500 - £30k pro rata plus GREAT pro rata benefits: 25 days hols + Bank Holidays. Healthcare plan. Pension.

Office based role: Barons Quay & Winsford Cross - 30hrs 9-3pm daily.
