By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a lady in her 50’s in Preston.

Our service user is currently awaiting discharge from the hospital. We are seeking dedicated individuals to assist in her transition back to her home in Preston.

She is very sociable and a big foodie. One of her main goals upon discharge is to actively participate in preparing and cooking meals again.

In this role, you will provide essential, person-centered care to our service user, managing her clinical interventions and addressing her care needs. Additionally, you will offer companionship and support her in engaging in activities she enjoys, such as community outings, staying active and cooking.

Please note, our service user has specifically requested female staff for their team.

Pay Rates:

• £14.00 - £16.50 per hour
• Approx. £168.00 - £198.00 (per 12-hour day shift)
• Approx. £174.00 - £198.00 (per 12-hour night shift)

Shifts Available:

• Full Time Days
• 8am - 8pm
• 3-4 shifts per week
• Part Time Nights
• 8pm - 8am
• 2 shifts per week
• This position requires availability on alternate weekends.

Essential Experience:

• 3 months previous care experience
• Medication administration
• Personal care
• Moving and handling
• Clear Communication Skills
