Job Overview:

Cavendish Clinic is seeking a skilled and dedicated Aesthetic Practitioner to deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in non-surgical aesthetic procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety. This role involves performing a range of treatments, providing personalised consultations, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Aesthetic Practitioner will also stay up-to-date with the latest industry techniques and trends, ensuring compliance with all clinic protocols and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation and Care:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and medical history.
  • Provide expert advice on appropriate non-surgical treatments, ensuring clients have realistic expectations.
  • Customise treatment plans to suit individual client goals, offering personalised care.
  • Ensure informed consent is obtained prior to all procedures.

Treatment Administration:

  • Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including HydraFacial, Microneedling, Morpheus8, CoolSculpting, Laser Treatments, etc.
  • Use advanced techniques and technologies to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality treatments.
  • Maintain precision and attention to detail during procedures to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Adhere to clinic protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring all procedures comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress, and post-treatment follow-up.
  • Ensure a sterile and hygienic environment, following infection control measures and health regulations.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with clients through professional and personalised care.
  • Follow up with clients post-treatment to monitor results, address concerns, and recommend follow-up procedures as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Professional Development and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments and trends, continuously improving skills and knowledge.
  • Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to maintain relevant certifications and licenses.
  • Share best practices with the clinic team and contribute to ongoing improvement of services offered.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with other clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel, to ensure seamless client care.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss client cases, treatment strategies, and clinic initiatives.
  • Assist with maintaining clinic supplies, equipment, and ensuring readiness for client appointments.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Promote the clinic’s services by providing professional recommendations and upselling additional treatments or products.
  • Contribute to the growth of the clinic’s client base through client referrals, repeat business, and positive reviews.

Qualifications needed:

  • Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent certifications (required).
  • Additional qualifications in aesthetic treatments such as Level 4 in Advanced Aesthetic Practice (desirable).
  • Proven experience working in a clinical or aesthetic environment, with a strong portfolio of completed treatments.
