Supplies Co-ordinator / Stores Assistant
Rowley Hall Hospital, Stafford
Part Time 25hr | Excellent Opportunity

Fixed-term contract role for 12 months

Are you organised, proactive, and looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Rowley Hall Hospital is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Supplies Co-ordinator / Stores Assistant to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:
As a key member of our Supplies Team, you will play a vital role in managing the flow of stock and equipment across the hospital. From receiving deliveries to placing orders, barcoding, and managing stock levels—you’ll be right at the heart of hospital operations. This is a hands-on, physically active role that involves lifting, moving goods, and being on your feet throughout the day.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Receiving and dispatching goods
  • Stock control and stock taking
  • Ordering consumables and equipment
  • Processing VIM invoices and barcoding items
  • Ensuring the hospital has the supplies it needs to run smoothly
  • Using systems such as SAP (experience desirable but not essential)

What We're Looking For:

  • Professional and confident IT skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible, proactive, and physically fit
  • Good standard of general education, with proficiency in English and Mathematics
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and SAP is a bonus, but full training will be provided.)
