Receptionist

Part Time | 17 Hours per week | Oaks Hospital

Oaks Hospital is looking for a highly motivated Receptionist to join our Bookings team.

Oaks Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading providers of NHS and private patient services in England. Oaks Hospital is a 58-bed facility including 18 ambulatory bays, 4 laminar flow Theatres and an Endoscopy Theatre.

The role

In this role, you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.

You will be working on our main Reception desk and be expected to deliver a first class service to Patients, Consultants and Colleagues.

What you will bring with you

  • Passion to deliver excellent customer service to patients in person and on our busy switchboard
  • Experience in administration and customer service
  • Keyboard Skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • A flexible and positive attitude
