Part Time Accounts Administrator

We are looking for a confident, outgoing team member to assist the accounts team with various aspects of invoicing and payroll. The ideal candidate will have great numerical skills and previous exposure to payroll and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoices - processed accurately on to our system
  • Processing weekly new starters and leavers ensuring compliance
  • Processing weekly payroll - Sub-Contractors and PAYE. Experience of CIS preferable
  • Updating candidates’ information on the system
  • Send out weekly payslips
  • Accurate data inputting on Excel and filing
  • Liaising with the buying team and site supervisors in a professional manner
  • Any other duties reasonably required

Benefits

  • 28 days holiday pro-rata (inclusive of 10 days compulsory leave to take over Christmas and New Year as office closes)

3 Days Per Week: Monday to Wednesday, 9am - 5pm

Once training completed, flexible days/hours (24 hours a week) will be considered
