We are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor, Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client's Commercial Property Real Estate Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work for a long-established, forward-thinking, and expanding firm. Commercial Property and Real Estate work is a busy and key growth area for them, and this role would suit a candidate who is also client focused and commercially aware.

• Advise clients on all aspects of Commercial Property Law, Real Estate Law, including Sales and Purchases of Commercial Properties, and Landlord and Tenant work.
• Handle a broad range of Commercial Property and Real Estate work for a broad range of sectors for SME+ sized clients.
• Actively participate in the firm’s marketing efforts, including article drafting, business development, social media, and networking activities.
• Build and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client service.

• Circa 3 years PQE+ as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Real Estate Solicitor.
• Proven background in handling all aspects of Commercial Property Law, Real Estate Law and Landlord and Tenant work.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Property Law, Real Estate Law and Landlord and Tenant Law.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain, build and develop strong client relationships.
• Excellent balance between technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• IT proficiency.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
