Reed HR have partnered with a fantastic organisation in Kent who are seeking a dedicated HR Manager/Director to provide exceptional HR and People services across all staffing groups. This role involves managing HR-related processes, policies, and procedures, contributing to strategic direction, and securing the commitment of key stakeholders. The HR Manager/Director will lead change and modernisation efforts, working collaboratively with senior leadership and external providers.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
Manage all HR processes ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.
Lead the recruitment and induction processes, ensuring a supportive and compliant journey for all candidates.
Line manage the HR team, providing support and professional development opportunities.
Manage relationships with external providers, including payroll and training services.
Advise on employment law and ensure policies are up-to-date and effectively implemented.
Support the strategic development of HR functions in alignment with organisational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS disclosure or registration with the update service.
Minimum CIPD Level 5 preferred, conversant with UK GDPR.
Strong experience in HR management, particularly in leading change within an HR environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with intermediate to advanced skills.
Experience in data analysis and managing a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive information.
