Pet Pavilion, a premier pet care and retail business headquartered in London (SW35TX), is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Controller to lead our inventory and distribution operations at our Maidenhead warehouse (SL62NN). We are looking for a highly organised professional with proven expertise in stock control and logistics, ideally local to the Maidenhead area, to ensure efficiency and support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse management, maintaining optimal stock organisation and storage
• Manage internal distribution and coordinate store-wide ordering to meet retail demands
• Handle receiving and checking of orders, verifying accuracy and quality
• Coordinate logistical operations with our in-house driver for timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits
• Collaborate effectively as a team player to ensure seamless warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in stock control, warehouse management, or logistics in a similar role
• Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock
• Preferably based in or near Maidenhead
