Key duties include:
Matching invoices to purchase orders
Checking invoices for accuracy and payment terms
Ensuring all invoices are correctly coded
Inputting invoices
Processing all expense claims
Processing payment runs
Key Skills:
Purchase ledger experience is essential
Strong excel experience
5 GCSE grades A-C
This role is part time and looking for the successful candidate to work 22.5 hours a week.
This role offers fantastic benefits along with a basic salary between £23,500 - £28,000 FTE.
