Kenneth Brian Associates is currently working with a fantastic client in Croydon who are seeking a Buying Administrator to join their team. We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to take on a dynamic role that involves sourcing and purchasing essential materials.
This is a part-time role (20-25 hours per week) with flexible days and hours to accommodate the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Source materials for internal and client projects at competitive prices.
Research and compare suppliers on price, product, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
Maintain and manage inventory control systems to meet project demands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain procurement records.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' administrative experience.
Previous purchasing/procurement experience is preferred, but not essential.
