Position: Dental Receptionist

Location: Hitchin

Pay: £14 an hour
Hours: Part-time (Wed/Thurs/Fri)

• Front Desk Management: Be the first point of contact for patients, offering a warm and professional welcome to ensure an excellent first impression.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely reminders to keep our practice running smoothly.
• Patient Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide necessary information to patients regarding services, insurance, and treatment plans.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside our dentists, hygienists, and other support staff to ensure seamless patient care and a positive office environment.

• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to interact with patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Organizational Expertise: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy dental office.
• Customer Service Excellence: A passion for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients.
• Experience: Previous experience in a dental practice.
