Job Title: Senior Employment Solicitor

Salary: £42424 per annum (£46857 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 21 hours per week

You will need excellent employment law knowledge and expertise, whether gained in private practice or an in-house role, and an ability to apply that knowledge within a large and varied organisation and provide pragmatic, commercial advice. Whilst your role will cover largely contentious employment law (including some tribunal advocacy), a full range of issues arise at Riverside and you should also be comfortable advising on non-contentious employment law, including TUPE and organisational design.
We have a brilliantly flexible approach to work throughout Riverside and the Legal Team tend to head into the Speke office once a fortnight, (currently Wednesdays). You are of course welcome to work from the office more if you’d like to. You’ll be working alongside another part time senior employment solicitor and our external legal advisors. The whole legal team (and People Services who you’ll work with closely) are wonderfully supportive and friendly.
