Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of daily transport operations.
  • Maintain accurate transport documentation, including delivery notes and invoices.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support the transport team with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
  • Resolve any transport-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in transport administration or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transport management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
