Lyca health currently have an opportunity for a Lead Mammographer to join us on a permenant contract to help support our expanding clinics.

You will benefit from our investment in state of the art equipment in order to deliver high quality mammographic images, not only for screening purposes but also as part of one stop clinics. This will support you to demonstrate your outstanding mammographic techniques along with your knowledge and experience of specialised magnification views and stereotactic biopsy.

You will need to;

• Possess excellent communication skills not only between yourself and your patients but also with other members of the clinical team.
• Ability to lead on the compliance needs of a Mammography service.
• Abilty to work, develope, and increase our Breast service Consultants head count.
• Leading CNS and support staff to run an effective clinic.
• Solid knowledge of regulations, CQC compliane and audits
• Work with local stake holders to support our growing Breast service
• Have a caring nature - to see each patient as an individual and carry out this role with understanding and empathy.
• Have good IT skills.
• Knowledge of ionising radiation regulations (IR(ME)R).

Previous experience within the private healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
