Assistant Office Manager

This is very much a 'Front of House’ role and involves welcoming guests, ensuring a positive first impression and ensuring excellent friendly and warm customer service by greeting both colleagues and clients, managing meeting spaces, handling inquiries, and maintaining a clean and presentable environment.

We are currently looking to recruit a part time Assistant Office Manager for our office in the West End of London, W1.

Assistant Office Manager Role & Responsibilities:

  • Colleague and Client Relations:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage meeting spaces and booking • Handle inquiries and address concerns promptly.
  • Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for all visitors
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised reception area, meeting spaces and kitchen.
  • Ensure the venue is presentable and welcoming at all times.
  • Assist with any meeting and event setup and tear-down.
  • Follow any handling, safety and security protocols.
  • Pre-ordering food from suppliers.
  • Prepare food and drinks as needed.
  • Assist with post lunch and break time clear-up.
  • Assist visitors with AV equipment set-up
  • Liaise with IT support for AV equipment
  • Liaise with external FM property manager and building maintenance team
  • Be a positive and approachable member of the team.

What we offer:

  • 20 hours per week 8.30am - 12.30pm Monday - Friday
  • This is a part-time role with the potential to become a full-time role
