PA to Director of Emerging Trends

Are you passionate about creativity, innovation, and making a positive impact? We are looking for a PA to join our Emerging Trends team part time on a 2 day a week basis.


About the Role:

As the PA to the Director of Emerging Trends, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director in fostering connections between Savills and the ideas, people, and organizations driving positive change. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling, Booking, and Travel Management: Efficiently manage the Director's calendar, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders from various sectors.
  • Utilise our systems and technology effectively to support the Director's initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling content for various platforms.
