Surveyor or Senior Surveyor in London

A client of mine, a leading property consultancy who are widely regarded for their excellence in Building Surveying and Project Consultancy services, are looking to speak with an ambitious Surveyor or Senior Surveyor, with a view to joining their thriving London office.

The Surveyor / Senior Surveyor's Role
You will join a highly regarded Building Consultancy team delivering a full suite of commercial surveying services. These will include dilapidations, technical due diligence, contract administration and planned preventative maintenance.

You will also be given the opportunity to specialise in your preferred service lines, whilst developing your expertise across all core areas. For those seeking greater responsibility, there is scope to manage client accounts and mentor junior colleagues within the team.

This is a client-facing role, so the ability to provide commercially driven, strategic advice, and build long-lasting client relationships is key.

The Successful Surveyor / Senior Surveyor Will Have:

Qualifications:

  • MRICS qualified (or equivalent)

  • Degree in Building Surveying or related field

Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially astute

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail

  • Previous experience delivering a broad range of commercial consultancy services

Preferred experience (not essential):

  • Construction / Development Monitoring

  • Reinstatement Cost Assessments

  • Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters

  • £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on level and experience)
