Accounts Assistant

Our client is a dynamic professional services organisation based in the Sevenoaks area. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Accounts Assistant to support their finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking payments into the bank
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Posting incoming and outgoing payments to client and office accounts
  • Checking bills and completion statements
  • Managing credit control

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reed £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, pro-rata, inc benefits Westerham
