An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in Hull as a Legal Secretary on a part-time basis.

THE ROLE:
You will provide hands on administrative and secretarial support to the Commercial Property team, 2-3 days per week.

Duties will include:
Dictation typing.
Following instruction.
Typing documents, reports and correspondence.
Dealing with telephone queries.
Diary management.
Supporting fee earners with all associated administration where required.
Ad hoc support to other departments where required.

THE CANDIDATE:
Commercial Property experience is desirable.
Secretarial / dictation experience is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent phone manner.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.

SALARY:
£22,000 - £26,000 (pro rata) (D.O.E)
