Job description:
Maintaining and reconciling client accounts in accordance with SRA rules
Maintaining and reconciling office accounts
Completion of quarterly VAT return
Preparation of reports and schedules in relation to month end and year end
Liaising with external accountants
Ensure client office receipts and payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner
Preparation of cash flows and other management information as required
Assist the firm in complying with AML, COFA and COLP requirements
Assisting with PII , insurance and practice certificate renewal
Person Specification:
Experienced legal cashier with good working knowledge of SRA accounts rules
Strong computer skills including LEAP/ Xero an advantage, but full training will be given
Membership of the ILFM
