Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee-earner to join our extremely well respected Law firm client based in Herefordshire. Dealing with Wills, Probate, Estates, Trusts, LPA's, IHT and Elderly client work. 

• Provide good quality advice to clients.
• Advise on and manage an existing caseload of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, Estates, and Tax.
• Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within Private Client.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge.
• Contribute to future business development initiatives and carry out networking internally and externally.

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee-earner.
• 1 Year to Mid-level PQE.
• STEP qualified or working towards it. Although, this is not essential.
• Demonstrable technical ability and drafting skills.
• Ability to work flexibly.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Proactive, ambitious, and organised with a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to assist in nurturing and teaching more junior members of the team.
