Two well-established, friendly and reputable recruitment businesses based in Norfolk - are partnering to offer a rare and exciting opportunity for a confident telesales professional.

We’re looking for a part-time Recruitment Telesales Executive to help us generate new client leads across Norfolk. This is a commission-only role - but hear us out: it’s a genuinely rewarding, flexible opportunity with uncapped earning potential and full support from two experienced local recruiters.

What’s the role?

You’ll be making outbound sales calls to businesses across Norfolk, introducing our recruitment services and identifying potential hiring needs. Your role is to warm up and qualify leads - we’ll take over from there to deliver the recruitment service.

You won’t need to fill the jobs yourself - just open the door, and we’ll do the rest.
