Reed Accountancy and Finance are working with a rapidly growing company seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join their team. This role involves a variety of tasks including providing support to the Management Accountant.
Day-to-day of the role:
Manage bookkeeping, including handling the purchase ledger, expenses, credit cards, and foreign currency payments.
Oversee the authorisation process of invoices for payment.
Support the Management Accountant with monthly tasks.
Provide secretarial support.
Liaise with payroll, track movements, and raise minutes as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience working in a varied finance environment.
Understanding of accounting practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Confident communication skills.
Motivated and capable of working independently.
