Part-time Receptionist

11am - 3pm Monday to Friday (fully office based)

£14,000 + discretionary bonus and excellent benefits.

Our client is a major property group across the UK with a wide range of clients across various sectors. They are recruiting a part-time receptionist to join a small team at a prestigious building near Fenchurch Street.

Based on the ground floor reception, you will provide high levels of client service to both external visitors and internal stakeholders.

You will meet and greet visitors, organise internal passes for contractors, assist the manager with some administrative tasks and build strong relationships with the clients.

This would suit perhaps a parent returner or alternatively someone looking for a secure role whilst they have other external interests/ commitments. Receptionist experience in either a corporate or hospitality background is essential, as is a professional and warm attitude to client service.
