Our aim is to provide excellent, personalised, and compassionate care for everyone in our community who is affected by a life-limiting illness. We work in close partnership with other organisations - specifically with local health and social care professionals - as well as local people. Working within our community allows us to lead, provide, and influence care so that anyone affected by a life-limiting illness has access to the best possible support when and wherever they need it.

We are now looking for a Retail Administrator to join us on a part-time, permanent basis, working 18.75 hours per week.

The Role

As a Retail Administrator, you will provide key administrative assistance to our retail team to help ensure the smooth running of our commercial operations.

Supporting our shop managers, you will manage processes like Gift Aid administration, EPOS system maintenance, and cash handling, while ensuring our shops are well stocked with consumables, promotional materials, and essential supplies.

About You

To be considered as a Retail Administrator, you will need:

- Experience in a retail or busy office environment
- Experience using EPOS systems
- Knowledge of Gift Aid processes
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A flexible, organised, and committed approach
