Job Spec -

  • Act as liaison between local HR and team to ensure effective working relationships.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements for efficient administrative practices.
  • Collaborate on key initiatives and project work.
  • Support new process implementation and communication guidance.

Reporting:
  • Generate reports for global and Local HR teams, including sickness absence, car-related, capacity, and election reports.
  • Provides business reports on address and cost centre changes.
  • Complete reports for external benefit providers and manages ad hoc report requests.

HR Team Support:
  • Organize and coordinate local Welcome Events.
  • Assist with HR administration, processes, events, and logistics.
  • Ensure accurate document management and coordination of signatures.
  • Handle ad hoc work as required.
