Equal Education Partners is seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team in Neath Port Talbot. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience, support students, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

? Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher
? Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning atmosphere
? Support students in their learning and encourage engagement
? Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
? Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding protocols
? Provide feedback on lessons and student progress to teaching staff
? Adapt to different classroom settings and subjects as needed

Requirements

? Previous experience working with children or young people (education, coaching, mentoring, or similar)
? Strong classroom management and communication skills
? A proactive and flexible approach to working in different school environments
? Ability to engage and motivate students
? Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
? Right to work in the UK
? Registration with the EWC (or willingness to register)
