Our client, a global technical company are currently looking for an Export Administrator to join their team on a part-time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for keeping track of export shipments, updating customers with shipment details
Ensure goods are collected and shipped on time.
Create and maintain records for each shipment, including necessary documents.
Communicate shipment details with customers daily.
Adhoc administration as required
The successful candidate:
Previous Administration and Customer Service experience essential
Knowledge of Export highly desirable
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Highly organised, methodical and reliable
