A long-standing firm specialising in accountancy services is on the lookout for a committed Administrative Assistant to become a key part of their lively and efficient office. This role offers a mix of responsibilities and the chance to develop professionally in a structured setting.
About the Position:
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll act as the initial point of contact for clients, playing an essential role in ensuring the daily operations of the office run smoothly. This role suits someone who is adaptable, motivated, and keen to grow—whether you're at the beginning of your professional journey or bring prior admin experience.
Main Duties Will Include:
- Responding to incoming calls and addressing client queries
- Maintaining databases and updating internal systems
- Overseeing office supplies and ensuring resource availability
- Providing administrative assistance to the wider team
- Opportunity to gain training in payroll processes or introductory bookkeeping
Ideal Candidate Profile: - Background in admin work, ideally within a financial or legal environment
- Positive and adaptable approach with a can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational abilities and high attention to accuracy
- Collaborative mindset with a desire to expand knowledge and skills
What’s in It for You: - Salary of up to £25,000 FTE, depending on experience
- Flexible working patterns within 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Annual leave starting at 20 days plus public holidays, increasing over time
