Recognised as "Good" by the CQC, we are determined to push our standards even higher. With steady organic growth and an increasing number of service users, we are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to join our expanding office team in Crawley, West Sussex.

The Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in executing marketing initiatives that promote our services and our Activities Hub within the Social Care sector. You will develop and implement marketing strategies, create compelling content, manage social media engagement, and contribute to overall brand growth. This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a keen interest in the Social Care industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaigns: Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Content Development: Craft engaging and high-quality content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media to enhance brand visibility.
  • Social Media Strategy: Oversee content creation, post scheduling, and audience engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to refine marketing strategies.
  • SEO & Digital Advertising: Assist in optimising website content for SEO and contribute to digital marketing efforts, including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and email marketing.
  • Brand Development: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, supporting the execution of brand guidelines.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, generating reports on campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and return on investment.
  • Event Coordination: Support the organisation and promotion of industry events, including recruitment fairs, trade shows, and webinars.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 0-2 years in marketing or a related discipline (experience in the Social Care sector is an advantage but not mandatory).

Key Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Basic proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and SEO tools.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

This is a part-time 20-hours per week post ideally split across 4/5 days with the equivalent full-time salary of up to £37,500pa. (Pro Rata salary up to £18,750pa)
