Partner Designate

A small, close-knit, and welcoming practice is on the lookout for a knowledgeable Tax and Accounts Manager to step into a Partner Designate role. You'll be working with an impressive client mix, including enterprises with turnovers of up to £5 million and affluent private individuals.

Main Duties:

• Compiling financial statements from trial balance.
• Completion of tax submissions and personal tax computations.
• Reviewing financial accounts for accuracy and compliance.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships, as well as engaging in business development.
• Using software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Digita (support will be offered if needed).

What We're Looking For:

• A hands-on Senior Accounts Manager with solid personal tax background.
• Professionally qualified – ACA preferred, though ACCA will also be considered.
• Strong communication skills and confident in client engagement and business networking.
• Familiarity with platforms like Digita or Sage would be beneficial.
• A full driving licence and own vehicle are necessary due to the office’s location.
