RECEPTION HOST & FILING CLERK—PART-TIME

Stephen James BMW & MINI is looking for a friendly and professional Reception Host to work on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will welcome and assist our customers during their visit. YOUR ROLE.

As a Host and Filing clerk working in aftersales, your primary responsibility will be filing job cards. Additionally, you will serve as a point of contact for customers, welcoming and assisting everyone who visits the showroom. You will act as a brand ambassador, sharing our enthusiasm for all things MINI and BMW.

The main duties of the role include:

• Proactive and organised, taking responsibility for general administration and job card sorting and filing.
• Check jobs for telecommunication and app in notifications.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner
• Provide a bespoke, attentive customer experience by understanding the customer requirements and managing their visit by directing them to the right department/person
• Manage the customer waiting area by keeping customers updated
• Offering refreshments to customers, and ensuring they are comfortable and well looked after
• Keep the Showroom and waiting areas tidy and presentable

YOUR PROFILE.

• Friendly, professional, helpful, and welcoming with a passion for customer service
• Good organisation skills and attention to detail
• Experience in a front-of-house position is desirable
• Must be eligible to work in the UK

SALARY AND HOURS.

Basic salary: £3,174.60 per annum.

Working hours: 5 hours per week on-site but flexible; choose your own regular day between Monday and Friday.

In addition, you will be required to provide reception host cover as per business needs. Any additional hours worked will be paid as overtime.
