SEN TA Role:

• Flexible positions: Full-time and part-time roles available
• Location: Based in primary schools in Hayes, London
• Competitive pay: £85 - £105 per day
• Experience: Prior experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
• Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain one)

Key Responsibilities of a SEN TA:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to children with SEN
• Assist class teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Implement and track progress on Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Create tailored learning resources to support diverse student needs
• Foster positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional well-being
• Work closely with the SENCO and external professionals to develop effective support strategies
