Legal Secretary
A long-standing and welcoming legal practice is seeking a part time Legal Secretary with background in residential property transactions to become part of their warm and approachable team in Sittingbourne.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Digital dictation and drafting legal documents
- Handling incoming calls and communicating with clients
- Keeping clients informed and scheduling meetings
- Entering data into the Proclaim case management platform
- Opening, maintaining, and closing legal files
- Carrying out property-related searches
- Assisting with property completions and contract exchanges
Ideal candidate profile: - Energetic and professional team contributor
- Previous experience in a legal secretarial capacity
- Familiarity with handling completions and exchanges is highly advantageous
- Excellent typing speed and strong interpersonal abilities
- Discreet, approachable, and proactive mindset
Salary & Benefits: - £21,000 – £26,000 - FTE

- 20 days annual leave plus closure over the festive period (increases with tenure)
