Legal Secretary

A long-standing and welcoming legal practice is seeking a part time Legal Secretary with background in residential property transactions to become part of their warm and approachable team in Sittingbourne.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Digital dictation and drafting legal documents
• Handling incoming calls and communicating with clients
• Keeping clients informed and scheduling meetings
• Entering data into the Proclaim case management platform
• Opening, maintaining, and closing legal files
• Carrying out property-related searches
• Assisting with property completions and contract exchanges

Ideal candidate profile:

• Energetic and professional team contributor
• Previous experience in a legal secretarial capacity
• Familiarity with handling completions and exchanges is highly advantageous
• Excellent typing speed and strong interpersonal abilities
• Discreet, approachable, and proactive mindset

Salary & Benefits:

• £21,000 – £26,000 - FTE
