Job Title: School Caretaker

Location: Bournemouth
Hours: 15:30 - 19:30, Monday to Friday
Contract: Part-time, Permanent

We are a vibrant and welcoming school located in Bournemouth, committed to providing a safe and positive environment for our students and staff. We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated School Caretaker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the school premises are well-maintained, clean, and secure.

• Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs as required.

• Assist with setting up rooms for events and meetings.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Site Manager.

• Assist with site security, including locking up at the end of the shift.Maintain outdoor areas, including sweeping pathways and light gardening.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
