Working Monday to Thursday (Fridays are reserved for busy periods) you will be:

• maintaining a database of existing customers
• following up on leads generated by promotions
• breaking into new markets - cold calling
• providing after sales customer service to ensure repeat business
• contributing to marketing campaigns
• ensuring orders are processed

You will need:

• previous sales experience - mainly phone based
• a hunger to grow the business and earn bonus
• administration skills especially Excel and email

In return you will receive:

• flexibility in hours - ideally working 09:30am and 2:30pm (or 10 - 2)
• additional hours when busy
• a Friday off (unless the business requires it)
• 31 days annual leave (pro rata'd and inclusive of public holidays)
