Accounts/Bookeeper - Part time

35,000 - 40,0000 per annumPro-rata(21 hours a week) Hours can be flexible either 3 full days a week of 4 hours a day 5 days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
  • Process sales and purchase invoices
  • Using Zero software
  • Printing and filing invoices.
  • Producing Management Accounts
  • Managing Weekly Monthly payroll
  • You must possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Worked in a Finance Department
  • Attention to detail and strong data analysis abilities are essential
  • Previous experience in an administrative and financial role is essential
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are crucial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience working with clients and customers, delivering a quality service at all times
  • AAT Qualified Essential
