The Opportunity:
We're recruiting for a leading professional services practice seeking an HR Advisor to join their growing team. This is a part-time role (30 hours, flexible over 4-5 days) offering genuine work-life balance and the chance to shape HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generalist HR Duties
• Advise on ER cases, policies and employment law compliance
• Manage HR software systems and employee records
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and performance management
• Administer benefits programmes and training initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes

Ideal Candidate:

• CIPD qualified (or equivalent HR experience)
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting
• Excellent communicator at all levels
• Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail
