Part Time Admin & Support Assistant

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established organization in Amersham.

Our client is recruiting for an enthusiastic and organized Support & Admin Assistant, with the main purpose of the role being to assist with running the help-desk Support facility (phone calls and emails) for users, charities and partner organisations.

The role is Part Time, to cover 3 days per week (22.5 hours), with one of the days needing to be Monday.

This is a fully office-based role reporting to the Head of Service Delivery and working as part of a small team supporting each other to provide an excellent support service for the users.

ROLE:

  • Administrative and operational support where required in the office.
  • Frontline help-desk Support.
  • Providing responsive, empathetic and efficient User and Partner Support on the company’s platform by both email and telephone.
  • Adding new charities/users to the platform, updating partner details and enabling individual access.
  • Collecting of bank details to enable donation payments by phone and email.
  • Submitting gift aid claims to HMRC.
  • Referring partners and users to the training team when required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Good level of Customer Service.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism
  • Previous customer service and administrative experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
