Responsibities

- Being part of an exciting new industry within health and wellness which is forever growing

- Administrating Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) (Full training provided).

- Guiding clients through Cryotherapy, Red-Light Therapy and Compression Therapy (Full training provided).

- Educating clients on the benefits and qualities of the therapies offered at the centre.

- Taking bookings over the phone, whats app, email, and social media accounts.

- Monitoring incoming enquiries and responding to them in a timely manner.

- Conducting follow-up calls with the clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service received.

- Providing walk-in tours around the centre.

-Cleaning and sanitizing therapy rooms, equipment after each use.

Requirement

- This is a weekend position so available to work weekends. (Saturdays 10-5pm and Sundays 10-2pm)

- Additional hours will also be available during school term time

- This role may require flexibility
