Our client is a fantastic healthcare company who are looking for a Call Handler to join their evening team. They are looking for a candidate that has experience in managing a high volume of calls with great customer service experience. Working hours are 30 hours per week, on a shift pattern usually working 5 days per week, 6 hours per day, between Monday and Sunday. For this role, you need to be within an hours commute to WINDSOR due to training in the office!!
Actual working hour times to start and finish will vary and be indicated on the rota which currently operates between 8.00 pm and 8.00 am. The rota is subject to change in line with business needs some additional hours may be required when authorised and needed. Although the rota operates between 8.00pm and 8.00am, and shift times may vary, the main shift pattern is likely to be 02:00am - 08:00am.
