Private Client Solicitor

Our Legal 500 client is seeking a forward-thinking and competent Private Client Solicitor or CILEX to join their team, which consists of two Fee Earners and a Paralegal. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact and further enhance the department.

The private client team is renowned for delivering the highest level of client care, ensuring that every client’s needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private client work, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. Additionally, you should demonstrate excellent business development and marketing skills to promote the firm’s Private Client services effectively.

While STEP qualification experience is beneficial, it is not essential. If you are interested in obtaining this qualification, the firm is willing to provide support. What will be expected of you?

• Manage a diverse caseload and advise clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate planning.
• Draft legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
• Oversee the administration of estates, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service.
• Stay up to date with legislative changes affecting private client matters.
• Collaborate with professionals such as financial advisers and accountants to offer comprehensive client advice.
