SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Norwich, NR7 8DN
Salary: Pro rata £18,355 - £19,280 per annum including an allowance for holiday pay, FTE £24,404 - £25,183 per annum
Hours: Permanent, Full Time, Term time plus 1 Week, 32.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:30 - 15:30
The Primary School is a member of the Education Trust. The Trust is an expanding multi-academy trust with 11 primary and 9 secondary schools.
The Role
They are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of their school as a SEND Intervention Lead Teaching Assistant.
As the SEND Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to lead and deliver a high-quality personalised learning provision for a range of learners with a wide range of needs across the 4 broad areas of need. Interventions on a 1-2-1 and small group basis are essential to ensure that all learners thrive and make progress from their individual starting points. The job will include planning, adapting, and delivering high quality interventions to learners with, but limited to, the following needs:
